Any modification on the dates and the services must be made 45 days before the arrival date, after that time there is going to be a charge of $25.00 per hotel or tour booked and it is subject to the availability of each property.

Reservations must be paid in full 45 days before the arrival date after this time no refund will be provided

Reservations made and confirmed within 45 days of arrival time require full payment within 7 days considering that the last day to pay must be at least 3 days before the arrival date.

You need a valid passport with at least 6 months left before the expiration time, we assume that travelers are aware of all the requirements and documents needed in order to travel to Costa Rica, there will be no refund for cancellations or denied boarding due to lack of right documentation
